Enjoy cooking, socializing, eating, or working from home in the new kitchen with high end SS appliances (gas range, dishwasher, full size French door refrigerator w/ ice maker, microwave). The kitchen is fully stocked with Keurig for coffee, creamer, french press, electric tea kettle, tea selection, regular and decaf coffee, gas range, dishwasher, InstaPot, pots/pans, silverware, and more! Enjoy the bottled water in the fridge as well when you arrive.

Have a family meal, game night with friends, or work from home in the large dining room featuring an Arhaus dining table and chairs, seating for 6 (8 if you grab the kitchen island bar stools), and an available high chair for the little ones.

The living room features comfortable leather sofas, coffee table, end tables, comfy throw blankets,, and a 55” LED TV Smart Fire Edition TV (featuring all the major streaming apps - bring your own login). Perfect for for watching tv or the game, curling up for a movie night, or just relaxing and reading a book or surfing the web with the high speed internet.

Two large bedrooms with King and Full beds. Each bedroom has a closet, blackout shades, ceiling fans, extra bedding available, Smart LED TV (featuring all the major streaming apps - bring your own login), full length mirror, dresser, nightstands, usb charging blocks, alarm clock, and luggage stands. The bedrooms are large and each feature quality furniture, 10 inch Green Tea Cooling Gel Memory Foam Mattress (CertiPUR-US Certified), hotel luxury quality sheets, and down-alternative comforters.

Relax in the full bathroom upstairs featuring an antique clawfoot tub/shower or in the full bathroom on the main level with walk-in shower. We also provide all the essentials including soft high quality 100% Turkish cotton white towels, black makeup towel, tampons, hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner, body soap (liquid and bar), GOOD toilet paper, and we try to keep an assortment of new toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair combs, and other small items available.

The fully enclosed front porch with walls of windows is one of the best places to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book, or have a late night chat.

The back patio has a table with 4 chairs and a gas grill.  We are building a carriage house behind the home (with a 3 car garage!) and mid summer the backyard has retreat worthy plans.

Washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron in the basement and we provide the laundry detergent!

Pack N Play, mattress, sheets, bassinet, changing table, and high chair provided.

High speed internet with excellent coverage throughout home.  EV Charger Level 1 available upon request until garage complete and then Level 2 will be provided.

Need more space?

Home has additional full bedroom available with full size bed, television, and dresser. We offer the home in smaller bed/bedroom configurations to help meet the needs of more guests. If after arriving you decide you would like another bedroom please let us know and for an additional nightly charge and cleaning fee we will send you the door codes. If you search on the listing platform you should also be able to find the home in larger bedroom configurations.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00 %) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 180 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 180 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
